Laxette Dry

Drink a full glass of liquid or more, with each dose.

Adults

Initial dose: 10 to 30 g given daily as a single dose for 3 days. Maintenance dose: 10 – 20 g per day. / Dosage may be increased if there is no response within 48 hours, or should be decreased if diarrhoea occurs.

Children (7-14 years)

Usual dosage: 10 g taken daily. Dosage should be adjusted according to individual response.

Laxette Solution

Adults

1 to 3 sachets daily in divided doses, according to individual response. The powder in each sachet should be dissolved in 125 mL water and taken orally.

Elderly

Initially 1 sachet per day is recommended.¹
